Warm-up:
glide kips

Crossfit WOD 040608
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

BL: 11 rounds + 10 (76 pullups)

Not the best idea after pulling plastic yesterday, but a small improvement nonetheless. Got interrupted while resting in round 8 by some NYSC trainer who brought a guy over to show me how to do a "real" pullup. Got them to leave by demonstrating that I could in fact do some strict pullups (to his credit the guy made strict bar muscle-ups look very easy).

Dinner:
~10 oz sirloin steak
1 large avocado
1 cup string beans
1 mango

I'm surprised you don't get hassled more often at NYSC, every time I do kipping pull-ups I can sense eyes staring at me.

Killer workout, though...
