Warm-up:
back squat to 185#

5x2 back squat (185,195,3x205)

2x500 m row (1:53.8, 1:56.5)

Hamstrings needed a stretching so I did some quick technique work on my back squat. Focused on keeping my eyes pointed at a spot on the ground (rather than looking in the mirror) and maintaining hamstring tension in the hole (I tend to loosen at the bottom). Time to estimate 1RM, feels like I'm up at least 20# from the last check.

Oh, you'll get a kick out of this. Some guy wanted to share the rack, so I said we could swap sets. I'm waiting for him to finish his third set, which he cut unexpectedly short. He walked away, so I figured he was done. I walked over the the rack, and my god, I almost passed out; it smelled like shit. I had to use my towel to fan that stench away, which took a good 5 minutes. The guy never came back, so I suspect he crapped his pants while squatting.
