rest 3 minutes between rounds
BL: 35:39 (4:27,6:50,7:13,8:30,8:38, times exclude rest)
First time I've done Barbara with the rests between rounds. Last time I did this with no rest between rounds (links to the history of Barbara variants can be found in the comments of this post. Pushups sucked, may have to embark on a Tabata experiment like Kenway.
