I must be the Grinch

because right now I hate...

WOD 01/08/08
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

SS 11 rounds even
KL 14 rounds + 3 pull-ups

Scott and I went over to the Palladium to reintroduce ourselves to Cindy. No kipping pull-ups today since we did it in the auxiliary gym, I switched grips constantly to try and keep fresh. Attempted a round a minute but was derailed when muscle failure caught up to me in the 7th or 8th round (pull-ups and push-ups, squats felt fine). Little sore from yesterday but otherwise none the worse for wear.

It may sadden you to know that 79% of the people that logged their scores at logsitall.com scored 15 rounds or better on Cindy.

Glad to hear you weren't permanently injured from yesterdays hijinx.

I can definitely say that that does not make me feel better.

Today was rough for sure. Doing this thing with strict pull-ups is fairly difficult. I was desperately trying to kip at the end with frog kicks out to the side. Next time we do this I'm sure I'll be back in form too.

Ya, those scores surprised me too. But no kipping will slow you down lots.

The median score was something around 20 at logsitall, but there may be a selection bias involved in self-reporting...
