40 sit-ups
Clipped the metcon a bit (no sandbag to clean), and added some clean work (skipped yesterday's PMenu workout). Squats felt good, elbow still a bit inflamed.

Some serious metcon despite the clipping! My stomach is feeling tired just looking at it. Of course it also makes me thing that it's about time for some metcon rowing...
It was ok, would have been *much* worse with the sandbag cleans. Next time I'll use one of the punching bags (~50-60#).
Ah, nice sub - I was thinking you might sub something like dumbells...
