Quick and dirty
5x (5 front squat-5 push press)
ED 95, 105, 110, 115, 125
KL 95, 105, 110, 115, 125 (push jerked the last 3)
Went in for a quick get-the-cobwebs-out set. Sort of felt like a broken set of thrusters: front squats felt okay, but the push press weight was *really* gettin' up there. Enough to get the HR up a little, for sure.
