So, I think you mean ~85% of the 1RM max when you write that (and PMenu corroborates this) but I'm not sure how you can get above 100% to things like 115% an so on (an example here

Ah, good question. You will see percentages greater than 100% for assistance exercises for the snatch and clean & jerk. In these cases, the percentages refer to % of your 1RM for the snatch or clean & jerk (it will usually be obvious which of these the exercise is an assistance for).
