front squat (triples to 155#)

5x3 clean & jerk (115,125,130 [f 3rd rep],130)

Tabata pushups: 23,16,9,5,6,6,5,5 = 75

Feeling very tired, so I skipped the last set of C&Js to save energy for climbing tomorrow.

Yup, never would have thought 5 pushups could be so hard.

Probably gonna reflect on my climbing today!
