Warm-up:
back/overhead/front squat
Burgener warm-up

5x3 front squat (115,135,155,175,185)
2x(1+2) hang power clean + jerk (95,115)
10x1 clean & jerk (4x115,3x125,3x130)

3x5 L-pullups
3x max dips, ~1 min rest between sets (16,12,8)

Every third jerk was really solid, the others were OK, but landings were inconsistent. Feeling pretty smashed from the back squats 2 days ago?
