My legs were so sore from the last few days that I almost skipped the gym. That showed when I only managed to get through one round of the metcon component (the fact that I subbed 95# squat cleans for the sandbag cleans may have something to do with it too). I finished the first 300 m row and walked straight to the locker room and left.
Also just noticed I misremembered the percentages for the clean pulls. Should have been 100%, 103% and 105%, which should have been about 135#, 140#, 142#. I'm glad tomorrow is a rest day.
