2x10 dips, strict pull-ups, back extension, OHS 45#
3x10 face-pull 80#
2x10 overhead press 65#
workout:
5x5 overhead press
3x85,90,90(f - all reps push press)
It was nice to get back to the gym after being gone so long. My strength is slightly lower than before, but I expect that to come back very quickly. Pull-ups felt great.

Yeah, it's good to be back. Everything seems to be in working order. Gotta get that strength back :)
