3x max strict pullups, ~1 min rest between sets (16,9,6)
3x6 (per arm) Turkish sit-ups (30# KB, ~25% BW)
The guys at Catalyst Athletics started another strength cycle today. The basic logic is laid our here. Good stuff. I scaled the Turkish sit-ups to 25% BW from the Rx'd 35% BW; still damned hard. Took it easy on the push press as my wrists are still sore from climbing.
