Yoga, Day Two

Back to Bikram. Scott looked in good form. I was feeling better through the session today, but my body is still not reconditioned to the intensity. (I think this is also true of the last couple of Cross Fit workouts I've done, so it's not just the Yoga.) My knee continues to feel better after the stretching and I can really work the quad strength and stabilizers.
