5x3 clean pulls (2x155,2x165,175)
3-3-3-2-1 split jerk BTN (2x95,1x105,115,125)
1 min front plank
30 sec (per side) side plank
From the PerformanceMenu's playbook, but I ran out of time before getting to the last bits. Spent some time getting familiar with clean pulls (very nice movement) and jerks from behind the neck. Tried to keep everything dynamic.

Sounds like it was good. I'm looking forward to squatting with you again soon. Unfortunately, I think the split jerks are still a ways off. Nice to see those planks coming up everywhere!
Planks are yoga prep, no?
