Salem workout
warm up, 1 mile stationary bike
3 rounds for time:
30 push-ups
30 55# swings
30 squats
SS 19:10 (3:30, 6:30, 8:10)
Swings got hard really quick. I had lots of problems keeping my breath and felt nauseous towards the end. Probably cause I'd had a rather large meal about an hour beforehand with some drinks. Had stomach cramps for an hour or two afterwards.

Drunk swings and puking, almost your fate ... Nice work getting through that.
Yeah... I'm pretty sure it was a bad idea, but I hadn't been able to do anything all last week and I was feeling lazy. Perhaps a little masochistic too, but who can say.
