A good solid workout
Did the WOD today (071008), plus some.
warm up:
dips, OHS, good mornings, weighted pull-ups to 45#
7x1 weighted pullups (50, 55, 5x60)
5x5 C&J (95, 105, 3x110)
2x barbell complex (55#)
I sweated up a storm on this one, mostly due to the C&Js. Initially, I had started doing the weighted pull-ups at 35 because I think that's where we maxed out the last time we did weighted pull-ups, but I also think we were doing sets of 3 too. Possibly could have done 65 but made up for it by attempting 2 reps on the last set. (Got 1.5)

Playing hooky?
No, no hooky for me. I cut out a bit early to grab the gym while it was relatively empty, but I came back and was here till about 9:30 doing Math Tools II homework. Almost as fun as the gym!
