My knee has really been bothering me lately so I wanted to work it without killing it. It definitely ached after some of those squats, but nothing too painful. The top of my patella is really tender to touch, so I think I may have been working some tendon too hard and it got stretched way more than its used to. I have no idea though.
Overhead presses were exhausting and the burpee breathing pyramid hurts. It's kind of funny cause as you're going back down the pyramid those little sets start to suck because you don't get very many breaths between them and you're already pretty spent :)

Burpee ladders sound awful.
