Some squat work
warmup:
CFWUx2
front squat to 135#
workout:
5x5 front squat
SS: (155#, 4x145#)
Front squats felt good today, though I had to drop weight after the first set cause of total form failure. Also, broke up sets 3, 5 as 4-1. Was sharing the rack with someone so I basically went as soon as he was done, meaning not so much rest. A good workout though.

And later that evening I misstepped into a tree pit and sprained my ankle. Good thing I got the squats in!
Update:
Actually, there's a piece of bone that came off my ankle, possibly from an old injury so now I've got a cane. On the upside, we've already created a whole workout regimen for people who can't use legs!
Bummer, Scott, major bummer.
Maybe your muscles are so strong now that when you tripped and fell off balance, their compensatory contraction just yanked your tendon off the bone...
Time to bench press.
Are they gonna remove the bone? Does it get resorbed? I'm starting to wonder if I've got a bone chip in my wrist.
