Finally, a barbell

Warm-up:
overhead squats
shoulder press
good mornings
front & back squats (doubles to 175#)

5-3-3-3-3-3-1-1-1 deadlift (135,205,225,245,265,285 [missed last rep],295,2x305)

10-5-5-5-5-5 bench press (95,5x115)

Felt good to lift some normal weights. It seems that I underestimated the weights of those rocks (when compared to the plates at the gym). It sure felt like I could push throw a 35# farther than 6-7 paces.

Yeah, I bet that was great. You sure came up with some crazy ass workouts on the beach though.

Way to go with the tire flip!
