ME Lower 11

Warm-up:
back squat
overhead squat

5-3-3-3-3-3-3-1-1 deadlifts (135,205,225,245,265,275,285 [failed lockout on last rep cause I switched to weaker grip],295,295 [failed lockout, a bit greedy...])

2x5 front squats (115,135, just stretching the wrists)
3x12 (per arm) unilateral cable chest press (40,50,60)

Getting the weight off of the floor seems ok, problem seems to be locking the hip out. Probably should work the cable pull-throughs back in, maybe also some pin pulls from above the knee.
