"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

SS: 294
pull-ups: 12, 8, 5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4 = 47
push-ups: 16, 13, 9, 5, 6, 5, 5, 5 = 64
sit-ups: 9, 11, 9, 10, 10, 11, 11, 11 = 82
squats: 15, 18, 18, 16, 13, 9, 9, 9 = 101

KL: 342
pull-ups: 10, 8, 6, 6, 6, 6, 5, 5 = 52
push-ups: 15, 15, 15, 11, 10, 10, 9, 8 = 93
sit-ups: 8, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9, 9, 10 = 68
squats: 18, 19, 18, 17, 16, 13, 13, 15 = 129

Fun time with WODs today. Thinking about following the crossfit coach for a week, see how I feel about it. This one was really interesting because we scored it differently; every rep counted so it was more conducive to blowing yourself out. The no rest was a new level of exhaustion.

We should try this with bikes.

Ow.

Not sure where I stand on the fly-and-die strategy. Felt like I paced myself on this one today, if for no other reason than I'm totally blown out from the last two workouts (Brandon and the SDHP-PJ fiasco).

Pull-ups were awkward, tried on that weird cage at Palladium and kept tipping it over.

I was hoping you wouldn't post this, now I'll have to go and try it.

Good to see you guys were the inspiration of Brian's insanity. Scott, good work. Looks like you were able to get out a few more then the old man on a couple of those exercises.
