Warm-up:

5-3-3-3-3-2-1-1 deadlifts (135,205,225,245,265,275,285,295 [failed lockout])
4x5 front squats (115,135,145,155)
3x10 plate swings (45# plate)
Lungs are still congested, which meant more lifting. Mixed grip is feeling more normal, although I kept a normal grip up until about 245#. Front squats were done extremely fast (at least they felt that way) to mimic receiving the barbell in the clean; they felt very nice after grinding through the deadlifts.
