No mercy for the short guy

Warm-up:
KB swings, high-pulls, cleans, presses

For time:
400 meter Walking lunge (55 passes of my 24 ft hallway = 402 m)

BL: 23:08, 495 steps (9/24 ft, knee to ground every step, thank god for carpet)

3 rounds (30# kettlebell):
8 (per arm) windmills
8 (per arm) Turkish sit-ups

The steps down to the subway are gonna suck tomorrow.

My God, Brian, in your hallway?! Righteous... the only thing that made this bearable was doing it on the track, where it felt like I was progressing towards a goal.

Not only did you have to remember how many steps, but how many runs through the hallway. Ouch.

I started off with 9 lunges every 24 feet, and so only had to count to 55. Problem was, I started off with shorter lunges, but didn't want to have to deal with screwing up the count, so I stuck with 9/24 the whole way. Bad idea, as 495 is too many lunges.

That explains why you had so many lunges then, yeah.

We're going to set up the rings and try the muscle-up workout today, if anyone's interested. Should be very little legs involved...
