More of the same

Warm-up:
overhead lunge
overhead squat
Burgener warm-up X 3
muscle snatch to OHS

lots of hang snatches and hang power snatches with the bar and 65#

3-position-snatch up to 85#
muscle cleans up to 95#, was going to work up to 1RM with cleans, but tweaked my wrist

5x5 front squat (115,135,155,160,165)
2x10 kipping pullups
2x1:30 front plank
3 rounds of:
25 pushups
10 rollouts using the evil wheel

Wanted to work some muscle memory today. Lots of technique work with the bar including muscle snatches, snatch balances, snatch pulls & high pulls, snatch landings, etc. You can find video examples of all of these and more here.

It's been on and off after push-jerks awhile back. May have to get it checked out. Time to do some reading ...
