3x10 figure-8-to-hold (2-count is a rep, 30# kettlebell)
Serious DOMS in the quads (had a bit of a gimpy walk all day). Trying to keep all the work above the hips.

Interesting, going for the bench press today. Were you able to do that at home, or did you bring the KBs to the gym?
I was just curious cause we rarely do bench pressing, and laying down seemed so enticing...
KB was when I got home.
Yeah, I know what you mean. My legs have been painful all day. I imagine tomorrow will be even worse, though Kenway says that might not be the case.
2nd day is always the worst for me. Oh joy.
Tomorrow's workout: run 5K!!!
