Excellent work, gentleman, 6 months of effort.
Squats just didn't feel right today, didn't feel very grounded on my feet. Happy with any improvement at all.
My proudest moment, though, was deciding to bail on the last DL rep (375). That one would have broken something.
You get the genius award for the night Kenway.
Scott gets the "I killed that fucker" award.
Nice work, yoga will be an interesting contrast.
BTW Eric, these guys owe you for all the shoulder work, they posted some huge gains on the press. We guessed you were pushing 140-145# for a 1RM!
Nice graph brian! Everyone made great gains, lets see how it turns out next time.
I'm very impressed guys! I can see that there were major gains in shoulder strength. I'm going to have to start working slowly up on my squats... but, the most impressive improvement definitely goes to you, Brian!
You moved almost laterally with all that weight gain!!!
When Scott and I were looking this morning we realized that I injured myself just after the last CFT, so I'm going to have to catch up quick once I'm really allowed to push on the strength exercises.
Fantastic job all, let's see how well we can crush the Yoga!
Three things struck me when checking out the graphs:
1) Even though it felt like a big improvement, my gain was tiny on the scale of the graph
2) I am a *long* way from the next classification level
3) I'd better not gain any more weight...
For my own record, attempts were:
BS 225-255-265(f)
SP 120-125-130(f)
DL 345-365-375(f)
