Heart rate at 204 BPM at the end of last set of thrusters (apparently I still have β-adrenergic receptors on my heart despite my age). Forced to use Gravitron due to total muscular failure (aka pussyarms). Everything hurts.

Um, 204's really kinda high, by the way. Not that you need me to tell you what you probably felt.
Today was not a good day. Had to stop several times to dodge Pukie. And to top it all off, both calves cramped on the walk home. Not my day.
