More on ladders

A nice primer on ladders by Steve Shaf. Emphasis is on volume for lifting, which is a bit different than some of the other ladders we've been trying.

Nice post. The idea that you can do work at submaximal loads and avoid not only muscle failure but the inherent risk of injury at near-max weight is definitely appealing. Would like to give it a try, maybe starting with squats - need to get my max moving upwards...
