2-1-1-1 back squat (155,185,195,200, just checking form)
4x8 chest supported row (45,3x55)
4 rounds of:
1x12 (per arm) unilateral cable chest press (50,3x60)
1x5 pullups (trying to learn to kip, but sucking at it)
3x 1:15 front planks (failed last one with 15 seconds to go)
Was planning on the hang power cleans, but my wrist needs some rest. Been avoiding the box squats lately, so I went for those instead.
