Warm-up:
snatch balance
back squat
overhead squat
overhead lunge
2 rounds of:
15 back squats, BW (135#)
15 front squats, 3/4 BW (105#)
15 overhead squats , 1/2 BW (70#)
3x1 minute front planks
Sets unbroken for the first round, broken for the second (10-5,5-5-5,10-5); an improvement over the last time I did this. I should add a third round the next time. Also, the front planks can probably go up 15 seconds a round.
