Core day

Warmup
2x situps, pushups, back extensions, OHS
L-pullups (3!)

3x10 Turkish get-ups (25# plate)

3x1 min front planks

5x5 OHS
65, 85, 95, 105, 105 (failed)

Tired today so thought I'd make it a relatively light day. The OHS was shaky, been a little too long - still getting numbness in left hand and arm with the higher reps, stopped the last set when it went numb right away.

Nice work getting those L-pullups. The thoracic outlet syndrome still bothering you ... might want to get that checked?

L-pullups! Congrats! What are the options for that nerve pinch?

Yah, the L pull-ups are hard for me, not only because of the load on the abs, but I feel the effect of the different load on my shoulders. Do you have any problems with that?

I think the TOS is mostly anatomic, avoiding high reps of OHS is really the answer (darn!)

Yah, I can only do the L-pullups if I focus on locking my scapula back. Hard to describe, but I basically try and twist my arms inwards to do this. I have to do the same thing when I do knees-to-elbows.
