Breathing ladder-rest (brest?) day
Warmup:
2xbarbell complex at 45#, situps
Burpee breathing ladder
We both reached 9 burpees and were done for the day.
Original plan was to do Fran, original original plan was a rest day. I was definitely feeling muscle fatigue from Cindy, and I think Scott was also feeling the week's earlier workouts. After 4 or 5 reps, my breathing shifted over into panic mode, with my body wanting to gasp for air - I needed to consciously will the breathing down, but it felt like a fight. By 9 reps, the burpees were coming much more slowly.

yeah, i had really high hopes going into this one, but we didn't do nearly as well as I'd hoped.
Was it just miserable cause you were sucking air? You guys (you especially Scott) having been going pretty hard the past week.
kind of. I wasn't able to keep going like I felt I should be able to. my arms were definitely giving out too.
