Playing the 'Let's kill scott before his wedding' game
warmup:
varied. some barbell complex, some running
workout:
"Cindy"
As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
KL 15
SS 13
ED 11
cooldown:walk hobble around the track
So, this workout hurt pretty bad today. Tried a new method for pacing this time, maintaining a one round per minute pace, instead of blowing yourself out in the very beginning. Was able to maintain for awhile but stamina flagged towards the end. General improvement all around in time, but I have to say that this is the worst I've felt after a workout in a very long time.

Nice job, gentlemen. Felt like more of a long endurance grind this time rather than muscular failure. Tried pacing by the minute as Scott did, went a little fast the first few rounds but quickly went to ~1/min until going off pace around round 8 or 9. Definitely tired out after 10 rounds.
Was pukie feeling a few minutes after stopping.
Oh, and it's:
Let's kill Scott before his wedding game:
Round 1
Nice work guys. I'm chomping at the bit after 4 full days of back pain. That deadlift/pushup workout may well have been the closest I've come to rhabdo. My lower and middle back were visibly swollen for three days, and today is the first day I could almost tie my shoes without fainting.
I hope to make a round before Scott is off. I just hope the suit he bought still fits!
Good thing the lower back is relatively low mass, working your quads like that might just kill your kidneys!
We're going to do something late today, not sure what - maybe upper body DE, maybe sprints. Give a shout if you think you want to haul your aching, aging postdoctoral body (trust me, i know) down here...
after today I totally have some frustration to vent... just be sure the workout doesn't kill you either
