No shit, I had to watch it a few times to catch exactly what happened.
For those who missed it, the fight is here for the time being.
Jackson has one of the best cages around, and he used it really effectively to deflect and absorb every one of Liddell's big shots (watch how Jackson handles the left and right hooks).
There seems to be some fuss that the ref should have let it go longer cause Chuck wasn't out, but his legs looks pretty floppy to me.
Probably a couple of reasons for that in the Pride fight.
1) Chuck is not known for his knees; I don't recall him throwing even one of note recently. 2) This was part of Pride Final Conflict, which was a multi-fight tourney. Both guys had already fought earlier and were probably sloppier than usual (I think Chuck was fighting with a pulled hamstring). Jackson went on to get smashed by Wanderlei Silva. 3) Jackson is known for his slams (slammed a couple of people straight to sleep), so I imagine Chuck wasn't going to risk lifting his legs and giving up his base.

Oooh, I'm putting my money on Liddell...
You're just lucky I didn't see that post in time to make a bet for a steak dinner.
Damn... Did you see the fight? Hope you didn't blink while you were watching it.

damn, that shit happened fast.
I would have wanted to see it go longer too, but it sure seemed like Liddell was just taking damage at that point.
I noticed that often when they clinched, Jackson went in low, head down. Any idea why Chuck didn't put a knee or three on him?
