everybody made it to 11/22 and consensus was to go have a beer
We intended to do the WOD 7x1 deadlifts (Brian, jinx!) but decided to up the reps so we could drop the weight for Eric's recovering and soon-to-be surgically mangle... repaired knee. I felt my form was slipping at the heavier weights, starting with my legs more extended and really picking up the load with my back - this happened to all of us at the heavier weights. I like Brian's idea to do lighter weight DL technique work.

Nice work guys. Those ladders keep getting worse, this last one seems especially painful.
