Rowing intervals
Interval rowing, 10 rounds of 30 seconds on, 1 minute off (damper set to 4).
Analysis forthcoming.
Compare with the last time we did this. Note however, the damper was set slightly lower last time, but more importantly, we timed the intervals (last time) such that the flywheel kept spinning at the end of an interval, and that distance added to the interval totals (I'm guessing that this added at least 5 m to each interval). This time, we used the C2 timers, which stopped logging distance at exactly 30 seconds of work.

excellent work, gentlemen! definite improvement all around, i thought it felt harder but i was better able to control my breathing.
Now I know why we haven't done rowing intervals for such a long time. They suck.
It was nice to feel the dread though, and I feel like there was definite improvement all around; everone's degradation was more graceful.
Oh, and Kenway's vertical jump was priceless.
wait, did he have one?
