First time trying out box squats. I could've done more weight, but I wanted to maintain the dynamic movement. Doing so got hard fairly quickly, and I could definitely feel some of my muscles trying to cramp up as I was shooting myself up. Didn't feel so bad in the glutes and hams, but moreso the inner thigh (you know brian, the groin area). So, that was interesting. I wonder what ME is like for box squats?
