Warm-up:

back squat

deadlifts (135,185,205)
7x1 deadlifts (225,275 [failed],2x245,255 [failed 2x],4x225)
3 rounds of:
1x10 (per arm) renegade row w/ pushup (15# DBs)
1x5 (per leg) overhead lunge (45# bar)
Deadlifts felt really off today; failing at 275 sunk the rest of the sets. Probably should have recognized that it wasn't a day for singles. Form at the lighter weights was good, and I should have switched to multiples. Failures were at the starts, the weights just didn't budge. I might be worth doing some pin-pulls or snatch-grip deads to work the bottom ROM. Oh well, I'll chalk this up to the beer I had beforehand.
