So, my time improved by 15 seconds. I went fast on the row again (3:33) and really smoked myself for the thrusters. I did them in sets of 10 and had to rest (and pant) in between them. Afterwards the pullups were really difficult too. This is probably the closest I've ever come to puking after a workout. I think that's mostly because I wasn't planning on working out so I'd had a bite to eat. Bad fucking idea.
Anyway, I'd like to do those breathing ladders sometime. I feel like that would've helped on those thrusters here.

Funny, I was just thinking that Jackie hasn't been around in awhile.
Nice rowing times, probably would have even been faster if you hadn't eaten first!
yeah, i had been thinking that too. I figured since I was going to Palladium anyway I might as well take advantage of the rowing machines
