Exploring complexes

Warm-up:
pushups
pullups
overhead squats
shoulder press

Tried a barbell complex from Alwyn Cosgrove.

4 rounds of the following superset (90s rest between rounds):
Deadlift - 6 reps
Romanian Deadlift - 6 reps
Bent Over Row - 6 reps
Power Clean (subbed Hang power clean) - 6 reps
Front Squat - 6 reps
Push Press - 6 reps
Back Squat - 6 reps
Good Morning - 6 reps

That's 6 reps of each exercise completed before moving onto the next. Point is to keep the bar moving continuously. I did this with 70# and made it through 3 rounds. I weaseled out of the last round cause lunch arrived. Really gets the heart and lungs going.

Sounds like a great mix of cardiovascular and strength work, I'm gonna give this one a try

so why is it a complex, and different from other workouts?

I think the term complex means that it is longer than your normal superset.
