As many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
12 rounds
Kipping pullups, all sets unbroken except for set 10 of pushups (5,5). I didn't really see my time improve that much, but the difficulty seems to have dropped which probably means I just wasn't going fast enough. The pullups were super easy and the limiting factor was definitely the pushups. I think my squats are slow too, since I use them to catch up on breathing.
