Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps
7 Pull-ups
BL: as Rx'd, 6 rounds + 5 HSC
Between the hang-cleans and the pullups, the limiting factor turned out to be grip. After a few rounds, I couldn't hold onto the bar for more than a few reps at a time. Actually having trouble typing this right now. It's a keeper.
