So sore I could barely get off the couch today.

Clearly the pushups were the difficult part, but the transition to the last mile was terrible. Was cramping and shuffling for the first 2-3 laps until things loosened up again.

Excellent work, everybody...

I'm still shuffling.

Agreed on the pushups, perhaps we need to sprinkle some Army style pushup training in.

All in all, one workout I'm glad to have finished, and hope not to see for a long time.

Yeah, I was really hoping my upper body would feel better today, but unsurprisingly I'm still quite sore. That was a really great (terrible) workout. Honestly, I don't think we have to work on pushups any more than we have been. Last month, it was all I could do to finish 100 pushups for Angie, so there's clear improvement.

I'm good for whatever though.
