Can I get a WTF?
The Moynihan Institute is one of the strangest blogs I've ever come across. Check it out for some fitness humor, wierdness, history and perspective.
Just a warning that some of this material might be considered offensive and non-work appropriate. Probably not for the smart-board.
This spawned a trainwreck of a thread over at the Performance Menu. Not that anyone should sit and read this all at once, or read any of it for that matter ...

WTF? there, you have it...
I paged through some of his site, I think he definitely has a few points worth considering, particularly the tendency of CFers to buy into concepts en masse and without real critical evaluation.
That said, this guy's really got a chip on his shoulder and plenty o' vitriol to go with it. The part where he calls out the trainer Josh Hillis for weaseling on the CF message board is funny, though.
You missed the crazy picture he had of Hillis training a client; he had inserted a text bubble that said "Do it, ask me about the 300 workout ...". It was on the sight for a few hours, but got pulled for some reason. It was pretty damned funny.
