Walk outside or lift?
CFWUx2: added pushups to work on serious deficiency

Lower back still a little tweaked, but healing. You never realize to how many movements back and abs contribute until a weakness springs up, but I was feeling it today. Worked through thinking it felt much harder than last time, maybe an overtraining effect, but checking past numbers I think I just remembered the weights wrong.
Maybe I'm overtraining my head...

Alas, no place to lift outside.
I misremember numbers all the time. At least yours was in the right direction. Mine all tend to be in the wrong direction.
