warm up:
3x10 face pull
3x10 40# thrusters
1x10 40# swings
then the fire alarm went off so I ran around the building for about 20 minutes
workout:
21-18-15-12-9-6- and 3 rep rounds of:
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell swing (sub 55# dumbbell)
Pull-ups
9:10
I thought I took way longer to do this, but I guess not. Still, those pullups were pretty rough.

nice... efficient use of time
Sounds like a fun one - this is the going to be my test workout when I think my back's ready to get back in it...
