Short but sweet. Not really the best idea after Angie, but we *did* say we needed shoulder work. I'm pretty sure I was cheating the push presses into push jerks, have to be a little more careful next time. Push press/push jerks broken sets (10,5; 5,5,5), pullups unbroken only for the first set.

This was one of those seemed-like-it-was-going-to-be-easier workouts, but if it's shoulders you want, it's shoulders you get...
Didya check out CF Oakland?
Not yet, going to the YMCA to front squat in about an hour. CF Oakland will have to wait a day. I slept close to 20 hours yesterday!
