20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats
with three minutes rest between rounds
KL: 4:34, 5:16, 6:22, 7:46, 8:51
SS: 6:40, 9:45, 10:55, 13:30, -failure-
Maybe next time I'll finish that last set. It's an improvement over before though.

Man, this one went downhill very very quickly. Situps were the hardest part for me, right along with pushups. Kinda pukie feeling all along.
How are people posting sub-3:00 times for all rounds?

no, but i think he was knocking on the door wanting to be introduced
scott met total muscle failure and nausea. no full fledged pukie.
