Avoiding shoulder work

CFWUx2(10) -dips for nagging shoulder

7x3 deadlift
#225 245 245 265 275 295 305

From ground each rep. Can start higher next time, but topping out pretty close to 3RM. Losing grip at >=295#

I'm pretty sure that dips put a fair amount of load on the shoulder. Best to lay off of those as well.
