2x12 overhead squats (45# bar)
2x10 back extensions (1x25# plate, 1x35# plate)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pullups
10 dips (rounds 1-5, 12) or pushups (rounds 6-12, 13)
15 squats
BL 13 rounds, SS 12 rounds
